A must-play for anyone who want to test their creativity, interpretation and sense of musical form on a piece accessible to all levels.

I still know this as a compulsory piece for the International Clarinet Competition Markneukirchen, Germany. Such a musical form was new at that time and many had a hard time with it (especially the jurors :)). I would like to recommend Mr. Lorenz to revise the piece - maybe it can be made clearer and equipped with more effective multiphonics (then there should be two versions, one for German and one for French system)?
